Just as I did with The Official ASCEND Journey, I created a specific methodology for each area because I believe that when we follow a new routine with intention, we begin to rewire ourselves from the inside out. I am a woman of process. And I built this series because I know what following the right one can do.

It is strongly recommended. The Official ASCEND Journey builds the internal foundation that everything else is built upon. You can absolutely enter a Mastery Series journey without it and still experience meaningful growth but the difference is in your ability to hold what you gain. The foundation is what makes the following transformations stick.

Absolutely! The Official ASCEND Journey helps you uncover and understand the deeper patterns influencing multiple areas of your life. The Mastery Series is where you take that awareness and go deeper into one specific area. It allows you to focus in, refine, and work through that pattern at a more targeted level. This is a more specialized and personal approach, giving you the opportunity to create meaningful shifts in one area with direct guidance from Me..

Yes. If you are enrolling in more than one journey, whether that is The Official ASCEND Journey, one or more Mastery Series journeys, or a combination of both, bundle pricing is available. Every situation is different so be sure to indicate your request on your application form so I can work with you to create a runway of support that's doable and affordable.

Each journey includes 6 recorded sessions, each one hour long, scheduled around your availability. It is recommended that you allow a minimum of two weeks between each session as this time is used to complete your Soulwork and integrate what you are learning. A longer break between Part 1 and Part 2 is also encouraged to allow for deeper integration before continuing.

Each session introduces you to a new part of the methodology specific to your chosen journey, whether that is love, health, wealth, or leadership. The methodology is the process and I believe that to create sustainable changes in our lives, process is everything! By following a new routine consistently, you begin to rebuild fresh neural pathways, create positive reinforcement, and start to see real results. That momentum is what breaks the pattern for good instead of leaving you cycling back to where you started.

Each session includes one Personal Insight Question where Marisa dives deep into your specific situation and offers personalized advice, guidance, and perspective. This is your opportunity to bring your most pressing question and receive a thoughtful, personal response tailored entirely to where you are.
