If you've landed here, I'm guessing you're someone who takes growth seriously like I do. I'm a Canadian gal living in Paris helping people master their inner world so they can experience less pain, more fulfillment, and greater happiness.
We all have a story. Mine just happened to crack me wide open.
I spent years navigating toxic relationships, abuse, and a 13-year career that looked fine on the outside but was quietly suffocating me. It took hitting a real darkness (patterns of unworthiness, self-medicating, and cycles I couldn't seem to break) before I finally stopped and listened to what I'd been ignoring for far too long.
Through my ascension journey and over 10 years of soul-searching, along with 6 years of deep transformative work, I developed a self-discovery process that 180-ed my life. I became obsessed with recognizing and disrupting the patterns and programming that had kept me stuck, running on autopilot, and disconnected from my own power for way too long.
As my life continued to change for the better and blossom into a reality beyond my wildest dreams, it became very clear to me that what I had discovered truly works, and I was meant to share it with others, empowering them to embrace their highest purpose too.
The world is ascending, and so must we. I've spent years refining and streamlining this process so it's something you can actually learn, embody, and master, and like me, finally start living as the person you were always meant to be.
This is my mission and the reason for my past hardships. And I couldn't be more sure of it.

A glimpse into my real self
- In 2023 I took a leap of faith and moved to a tiny remote village in Tenerife, Spain solo for the most amazing (and transformational) year of my life. Soon after, I moved my life to my ultimate dream destination: Paris, France!
- I tend to choose unconventional paths over comfortable ones. Living by choice rather than default.
- Music, movement and cute cafés are my fave healing modalities.
- I love home decor, organization, and rearranging rooms for that perfect Feng Shui vibe.
- My biggest pet peeves are chronic complainers and people who talk more than they act.
- I am gifted with the ability to see, sense, and hear energy beyond the physical. I weave this gift into both my own journey and the work I do with clients.
- I believe mastering solitude is one of the most powerful initiations in life. When you truly meet yourself in those quiet spaces, you access a depth of love, clarity, and wholeness that changes how you show up in every relationship.
